The V-EC is a collection of virtual conference and event venues that have all been built into a single environment.
These venues are representative examples of some of the hundreds of 3D spaces that have been designed and built by V-Ex for use in online and hybrid events. The venues are all hosted on the V-Ex platform, which supports fully interactive and immersive online experiences.

An Accessible Platform
Unlike other metaverse environments and many platform PC games the venues at the V-EC are pre-rendered, and so look photoreal. It also means you don’t need a VR headset or a powerful gaming rig to explore and interact with each other and the environment, just a device with a modern web browser.
Every element of each V-Ex environment is modelled using true-to-life dimensions, making it easy to recreate or replicate content such as exhibition stands and product displays with CAD models of real world, life size objects within the virtual space. You can even scan yourself using your phone and appear in your own venue.

A truly sustainable, carbon neutral 24/hr exhibition and events venue
The V-Ex Sustainability Park represents the ideals of carbon neutral exhibitions and conferences delivered via a robust, intuitive and inclusive virtual exhibition platform. This large venue includes several halls, presentation areas, auditorium, networking spaces and meeting rooms.
The venue opens up the possibility for exhibition owners, multi-national corporates and industry associations to host global events on a truly sustainable platform. Our concept is not to replace physical exhibition stands, rather than to provide a separate tool that will allow organisations to prioritise their event calendars and proceed with a considerate and sustainable strategy.
V-Ex’s Boutique Conference Venue
A small but perfectly formed conference venue that demonstrates almost all the V-Ex platform conference options and features.
The V-Ex Small Conference is the perfect example of how the V-Ex platform can help to bring your digital venue to life.
The reception area includes live action ‘video pins’ to introduce you to the venue and provide instructions on the features available within and the help desk contact form can be converted to one-on-one chat during live events.
Visitors are able to explore a fully populated venue including a 3D gallery of some of our favourite venue renders, a live action arcade space and a ‘digital twin’ of the V-Ex exhibition stand – complete with a 3D model of our CEO.
The auditorium is used to host on-demand content for most of the year, but is easily swapped out for a live broadcast when we run events from our studio.
About Travis Perkins Suppliers Conference venue
A large virtual conference venue that has it all, from full branding options to a large virtual auditorium and supplier expo.
When one of the best known brands in UK Construction asked us to deliver a ‘stand out’ exhibition venue, we knew that we had to pull out all the stops!
2022 was the second year that Travis Perkins had hosted their supplier conference as a virtual event on the V-Ex platform and they were determined that this venue have all the bells and whistles. The bespoke build includes a large atrium with welcome message and a networking space that facilitated delegate-to-delegate networking for up to 1,500 people over two days. The auditorium hosted a series of regional breakout sessions as well as a live broadcast from the Senior Leadership Team. Finally, the exhibition hall hosts 75 bespoke built exhibition stands which each offered unique content, gamification and live chat with the exhibitors.
The complete venue, including the exhibition stands, was built in less than two months. Which goes to show what can be achieved when our Project Managers but their minds to it.

This example is The Vet Exhibition which was originally built for a market leading veterinary webinar company in order to deliver a stunningly real online venue to host exhibitions, webinars and conferences during the Covid19 lockdown period.
It is based on a V-Ex digital shopping mall venue which offers the ultimate, high-tech 3D viewing experience. Including a learning, networking and exhibition environment.
The venue is presented now as an example of a virtual venue with a strong professional industry sector theme and a clear purpose. Several companies that took part in events held at the venue now operate their own brand specific venues built on the V-Ex platform.
University of Leicester Digital Twin
The real University of Leicester School of Business, working synchronously with its perfect twin online.
The University of Leicester School of Business is renowned for being an innovative school within a forward-thinking educational establishment. So it’s little wonder that it is a pioneer of the virtual campus – or that it’s already using it to fantastic effect.
The V-Ex 3D team has faithfully recreated the school’s ‘Brookfield’ campus buildings – right down to the mottled glass on the building’s front door. You can explore the campus in this demo version of the venue. The school itself is using it to host tours for prospective student, facilitate distance learning and faculty communications and to host live events and seminars to engage with school patrons and the local community.

A 10,000 m2 (107,000 ft2) virtual exhibition hall available for hire
This venue is based around a classic exhibition centre layout. The wide open floorplan makes it possible for a multitude of bespoke and shell scheme exhibition stands to be the focus of your virtual event.
Mezzanine spaces around the outside of the hall provide ample space for auditoriums, conference spaces, breakout rooms or sales offices.
This is the sister venue to the halls used for the PrintingExpo and IndustryExpo.
